Terms and Conditions
- Booking and Payment: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment of the total rental fee. Payments are non-refundable unless specified in the cancellation policy.
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
- Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00pm, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-ins or late check-outs require prior approval and may incur additional charges.
- Occupancy and House Rules: The rental property must not exceed the agreed number of guests. Parties, smoking, and pets are not permitted unless explicitly allowed in writing.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm to 7:00am. Please respect other neighbors by keeping noise levels down and maintaining the serene atmosphere of the community.
- Damage and Security: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
- Liability: Belle's Residences is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during the stay. Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance.
- Identification: Guests are required to deposit one valid government-issued ID at check-in. This will be returned upon checkout, provided there are no outstanding issues or damages.
- By booking, guests agree to these terms.
