Booking and Payment: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment of the total rental fee. Payments are non-refundable unless specified in the cancellation policy.
For Bank Transfer Payments, kindly proceed with transferring the amount first before booking.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 2:00pm, and check-out is by 12:00 noon. Early check-ins or late check-outs require prior approval and may incur additional charges.
Occupancy and House Rules: The rental property must not exceed the agreed number of guests. Parties, smoking, and pets are not permitted unless explicitly allowed in writing. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Damage and Security: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. A security deposit of PHP 1, 000.00 is required and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to a damage inspection.
Liability: Belle's Residences is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during the stay. Guests are encouraged to secure travel insurance.
Identification: Guests are required to deposit one valid government-issued ID at check-in. This will be returned upon checkout, provided there are no outstanding issues or damages.
Smoking and Non-smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the residence, including all rooms and common areas. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the residence.
