About us

Belle’s Residences is located at 25th St., Royal Palms Tres, San Isidro, Dauis, Panglao Island, Bohol. It has three (3) residences open for short-term rental, with the following amenities:


1. Smart Lock installed on the Main Door

2. Common Living and Dining Areas:

  • 3-seater Sofa 
  • 2HP Split Type Air Conditioner 
  • 4-seater Dining Table
  • All furniture are brand-new and from IKEA

Please note that we have two (2) options regarding rental for residence 1. You may book the entire residence or just a room sharing all the common areas in the residence, such as, toilet and shower rooms, living and dining areas and kitchen.

Entire Residence 1: PHP 2,969 per night (regular rate: PHP 3,299)

Queen Room 1: PHP 1,485 per night (regular rate: PHP 1,650)

Queen Room 2: PHP 1,485 per night (regular rate: PHP 1,650)

NOTE: Fixed rate with no hidden charges, such as cleaning and service fees.




Belle’s Residence 1 can accommodate up to four (4) people. It has 2 Queen Rooms, 1 common toilet and 1 common shower room, common living, kitchen, and dining area. It includes the following amenities:


1. Complimentary Light Breakfast for 2 people per room:

  • Coffee station (ground coffee beans, creamer, sugar)
  • Hot chocolate
  • Oatmeal (chocolate, strawberry, or honey and banana flavor)
  • Sliced bread with various selection of spreads




2. Queen-sized bed with cozy bedding arrangement:

  • 1 shared blanket
  • 2 individual blankets
  • 4 pillows

Rules

1. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 12:00PM
  • Check-out time: 2:00PM
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request (additional charges may apply).

2. Maximum Occupancy

  • The rental property must not exceed the agreed number of guests.
  • No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed without prior approval.

3. Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
  • Please be considerate of neighbors and avoid loud noises during these times.

4. Smoking Policy

  • Smoking: Not allowed inside the property.
  • If you must smoke, please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly.

5. Pets

  • Pets are not permitted unless explicitly allowed in writing.

6. Parties and Events

  • Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted unless explicitly allowed in writing.
  • Violations may result in additional charges

7. Cleanliness and Damages

  • Keep the property clean and tidy during your stay.
  • Report any damages or issues immediately.
  • Guests are responsible for the cost of repair or replacement for damages caused.

8. Safety and Security

  • Ensure doors and windows are locked when leaving the property.

9. Kitchen Use

  • Guests are welcome to use the kitchen but must clean up after themselves.
  • Do not leave food out to avoid attracting pests.

10. Waste Disposal

  • Dispose of trash in the designated bins.
  • Follow recycling guidelines if applicable.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • No illegal activities or substances are allowed on the property.
  • Use of candles or open flames is prohibited.
